At Grand Plus Mega Mart (operated by Grand Plus Marketing India Private Limited), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of cost only before the order has been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our courier/logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may raise a return request after delivery as per the terms below.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at +91 98560 42000 or email support@grandplusmegamart.com with your Order ID.
2. Returns & Replacement
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not working upon delivery.
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong item/wrong specification).
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting photos/videos of the issue where applicable.
Please note: As our products are electronic appliances, we are unable to accept returns on the grounds of "change of mind" or general dissatisfaction once the product is delivered in working condition, unless it falls under the categories mentioned above.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been installed (e.g., Split AC after installation) and show no manufacturing defect.
- Products with physical damage caused after delivery, tampering, or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, or invoice at the time of return pickup.
4. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, the return pickup will be arranged by us at no extra cost to you. In all other approved return cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
- Wherever possible, we prefer offering a free replacement or repair of the defective item over a refund.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer; you may be asked to share your bank account details.
